Are there "mentors" (for lack of another term) for the various work areas? Does TSRDU have a formal or informal governance structure? I know that Scott has referred to "the wood shop guys" before (I think this is Matt and Ron.. or at least they're two of them).

I think this is something that new members would GREATLY appreciate. I know we probably may rely on word-of-mouth and our SBU instructors to get this kind of information, but I was wondering if this is something that I could add to the wiki.

Can someone explain how the work areas are "governed" (outside of the obvious "ownership" stake that Scott maintains)?
