We are more than half way to having the money we need to build TechShop Durham, but we still need a few more Lenders to make it a reality. If you can help us find them, tell them this:

• $25,000 from a Lender will get them 10% annual interest over ten years. Each Lender at this level, gets a Free Lifetime Membership.

And here is something new. The 60% Plan.

The 60% plan looks like this.

• $15,000 from a Lender will get them the same 10% annual interest over ten years, but instead of receiving a Free Lifetime Membership,
• they will receive a discounted rate based on the 60% of the $25,000 they put in. They will get a Lifetime discounted membership for $400 annual.

It's really exactly the same deal, just 60% of it.  If you , or someone you know would like to become one of the heroes that are helping to make TechShop Durham a reality, now would be a really good time to step forward.
