Does anyone have suggestions of resources (books, websites, etc) to help improve my corel draw skills? Most of the books assume you want to make website artwork, but I am using it mostly with the laser at Techshop.
Most of the useful tips I have picked up from talking to people at Techshop. So does anyone here have suggestions for how to be more productive (with less swearing) in Corel Draw?
Thanks in advance,
Alan

Perhaps one of the TechShop experts could schedule a class in either basic or advanced Corel techniques?

bias
for some reason there is a lot of bias against coreldraw on the net.
however the corel site used to have some good video tutorials
also do some Google searches .I have read a lot about using corel for converting patterns and pictures to vectors using corel
finally check out the sawmill creek forums under engraving
lots to learn on there
I have found lots online BUT....
I was hoping someone could help me filter by pointing me to good resources. There are lots of not very good resources online.
Training?
It would be awesome if we could get someone from Corel to come out and teach a class on advanced Corel Draw techniques. I would enjoy something like that.

I could easily teach a class
I could easily teach a class in Corel Draw!, I have been using it since v2.0. Anyone needing help might email me (guru4u@nc.rr.com) for some possible solutions.
