You can still get Pre-opening Annual Charter Memberships for $1000. On opening day, the annual rate will be $1200.

I had a problem and had to figure out a solution. As you may know, we have talked about the monthly membership being $100 which is the rate the CA store had for the first year and a half, but they have raised their price to $125 and want us to go with the same rate. This was a problem for me because I have been saying all this time that we would be charging $100 a month. OK, so here’s the solution that I came up with. We’ll offer Pre-opening discounted Monthly memberships for $100 right now and up to the day we open. This will also be good news to members that didn’t want to spend $1000 all at once but wanted to lock in their position before we reached the 500 member cap.

On opening day the monthly rate will be $125 per month. So if you want this great rate, be sure to buy your first one month membership before we actually open. Right now, we are guessing that will be December 1, but if we get everything done early we could open early. And it’s always possible things could push that date back too. Check this site often to see how we are coming on the buildout and when we are planning to open. This will be the only place to get that information, so keep coming back to check…. Or you could just go ahead and purchase your first month membership now, so there won’t be any chance of missing out. It's up to you, I know it’s still a couple of months off and you might not want to let go of that money this far in advance, but remember, if you miss out, I warned you. (:^)

You can lock in either of these Pre-opening rates forever by simply keeping your membership active. You must renew your membership before it runs out to keep this rate. If you are even one minute after midnight of the day yours expires, you will be raised to the then current rate when you sign back up. I hate to be hard-nosed about this, but it’s only fair. These are special rates and if you want to keep them, you gotta stay current.
